Synopsis
Lara is only able to escape from the harshness of the mental hospital by submerging herself in a dream world inspired by her goldfish bowl. This world is filled with the magic of the sea, beautiful, ethereal sounds and her love of dolphins. In the clinic, her imagination is largely suppressed, especially by an envious senior nurse. Only Jacob, a young orderly, is slowly able to get closer to Lara by sharing with her the love of the sea and its secrets. Lara is so strengthened by this gentle bond that she begins to break the hospital regulations. The magic of her dreams begins to spill into her environment as well as the loves of the other patients. The senior nurse is clearly threatened by this turn of events. The growing division in the clinic reaches a dramatic climax which results in Jacob being thrown out and Lara is violently tranquilized. However, the path of destiny continues to wind its mysterious ways....
