Synopsis
It's the only way you can catch up with us as J parachutes from 10,000 feet, Rich goes home and gets some training from Aston Villa FC, Scott plays basketball with the London Leopards, Sean gets tactical with the London Broncos rugby team and Abz goes motor racing at Brands Hatch. As well as all the music videos - Slam Dunk Da Funk, When The Lights Go Out, Got The Feelin', Everybody Get Up and Until The Time Is Through. We've also included a exclusive American version of When The Lights Go Out. All this plus some seriously in depth and personal interviews revealing what we're really like and how we feel about life, love and each other!
