Synopsis
In a village scarred by the Mexican cartel battles, Mariah--an NGO worker haunted by her own broken marriage to the town's mayor Martin Flores--meets Colin, a young, reckless freelance journalist. As they fall deeply for one another, a desire for vengeance grows inside of Mariah like a newly awakened demon. Now at odds with the noble ideals of her work, she begins on a war path toward what she hopes is justice, but from which no good can come.
