Synopsis
Terror and death plague a gloomy, coastal metropolis, as a vampiric entity known as 'Pharisee' feeds on the blood of the city's populous. As the police struggle to find the blood-thirsty maniac, a deranged escort named Zoe is unwillingly brought into his world in this bloody rock and roll fueled nightmare.
