Synopsis
Years ago, young men enlisted in the army to defend the "Democratic Sect of Azerbaijan," but the sect's rule lasted only one year. Soon after, the cult's most influential soldiers and cadres were arrested and deported to Siberia. Now, after sixty years, each of them resides in one of the liberated territories of the Soviet Union, longing to revisit their homeland.
