Synopsis

The people of Galmae Village, who lost their livelihood to outside fishmongers, are risking their lives to survive on a single fishing boat, but their lives are becoming more miserable due to the power struggles of organized crime hired by the fishmongers. Woo-man, who is from this village, drops out of college and comes down to Yeosu to become a member of the Citizens' Party along with his senior Hong-Baek.
