Synopsis
Bill Starbuck revives lost hopes in people. He comes to them in times of drought and sells the rain, that is, the promise to bring rain. He sets one condition - you have to believe in a miracle. Bill makes Lizzie, the farmer's daughter, believe that she is worthy of love. It really started to rain, and Lizzie's beloved man reciprocated her feelings.
