Synopsis
For a long time, the chairman of the collective farm, Andrei Spirya, has been dreaming of moving the village, which lies in a lowland and is often flooded by floods, to the mountain. Some of the collective farmers are against resettlement. Suddenly, a severe flood occurred, which caused a lot of destruction.
