J. Seth Estes, born May 6, 2004, in Hamilton, Ohio, is a filmmaker with experience as a writer, director, producer, actor, and editor. He began his journey at 14 with the documentary Griffins In DC: A Middle School Trip Documentary (2019) and has since worked on various projects, including The Lost Voyager (2021), where his role as Edwin Craven earned him ‘Best Editor’ in the 72-hour Teen Film Challenge. Despite living with mild cerebral palsy, Estes has remained dedicated to his craft, contributing to films like Roadkill (2024), Drifter (2023), and Going Down (2024).
Through his passion for storytelling and collaboration, Estes continues to develop his skills in filmmaking, balancing creativity with determination. His growing body of work reflects his commitment to the industry as he hones his voice as a filmmaker.
